The vision of ACCARD is to promote sustainable green development, youth empowerment, quality of life by advocating community-based livelihood projects and increase community involvement in national discourse through good governance.
The mission of ACCARD is to propagate an Africa style of people friendly approach to climate, sustainable community development, harmonious living and proper environmental management in line with #17 sustainable development goal, namely – partnership.
