The Centre with her experienced professionals shall be involved in different study needs, and as such will conduct innovative, research and development, assessment, feasibility and inventory studies in Environment, health, agriculture and social issues. Same will be documented for the purpose of;

(a) Government policy and programme formulation

(b) Document findings as research and library materials, as well as, policy document.
(c) Conduct need assessment that will help the Centre to initiate, implement and execute projects.
(d) Enrich the Centre’s proposed magazine and reporting media.
(e) Exchange knowledge and seek both local and international support in areas of community needs.
(f) And other activities that will promote the activities of ACCARD.
